Please send us your order by e-mail or by post to our address. We will inform you about receiving your order.
Seller advises to bring in following data:
- Full name and shipping adress
- Email, phone or fax number
- Order number, description of goods, quantities and price per unit
Don´t repeat your order. You prevent double delivery your goods. We don’t evidence orders, which we aren´t able dispatch.
At products with special mode of sale layed down by law, we request according some completion data or necessary documents. Without this information we stipulate don’t carry out an order.
All dates about our clients we hold as strictly private and we work with it by course of „EU“ law. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access (CZ law no.101/2000)
All prices in catalogue are in Czech Crowns (CZK). We accept payments in CZK or EUR. The prices are not considering incoming-duty, bank charges etc.

Goods can be sent to a buyer by a container service. Most often it negotiations about Czech Post, s.p.. Price of transportation governs according to price list actual in the day of order.

We bring all risks of good transportation. At delivery is buyer obliged to cross-check together with transporter state of dispatches (number ofpackages, damage of thecover etc.) according to the enclosed container leaf and refuse takeover of incomplete or damaged dispatches.
As far as a takeover of dispatches is certificated by a signature of a buyer in documents of transporter, than on an additional complaints of incompleteness or damage of supplies is no claim.
Historical tents - For sending havier packages - we can use services of the carrying-agency. Price is in accordance to the weight of a tent. But with this agency, we are able to send you all havier packages and also the tepee poles. According to this, the delivery time is prolonged to 5 days (Europe), from receiving your payment. The prices do not include duty tax.
We deliver tents and canvases in cotton bags including PVC transport cover. We give to all products the repair material, connecting material, warbles, building instructions.
The tents are including constructional manuals, in English language. In future we are going to prepare also French and German ones.
Guarantee on material, sewing and accessories lasts 2 year.

These General Commercial Terms are valid from 1.September 2006 and upsets all previous provision and usances. Delta stipulates the right to change these General Commercial Terms without previous notice.
